CEO
Sharon is a seasoned interdisciplinary executive with over 15 years of experience in international law, public policy, and strategic advocacy. She brings deep expertise in managing cross-sector initiatives and promoting the rule of law, Jewish rights, and legal integrity on both national and international platforms. Sharon previously served as VP of Voices of Israel, Israel’s national civil diplomacy initiative, where she led global campaigns to strengthen Israel’s position among diverse audiences and built impactful partnerships across governments and civil society.
In addition to her leadership in strategic advocacy, Sharon brings a robust legal background rooted in international law, human rights, and public service. She served as an attorney in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General (International Law) at Israel’s Ministry of Justice, where she provided legal counsel on international trade, data protection, and treaty negotiations. Sharon has also contributed to global legal education as a research and teaching assistant at Reichman University, with a focus on international law and security, and as a trainer for the International Criminal Court Moot Court competition. Her work with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the “IHL in Action” project further reflects her commitment to the application and dissemination of international humanitarian law.
Sharon holds an LL.B. in Law and Government (Honors Program) and an M.A. in Law, Technology and Business Innovation (cum laude), both from Reichman University.
