ADV. AVRAHAM (AVI) DORON
VICE PRESIDENT AND TREASURER
Avraham (Avi) Doron, a member of Israel and New York State Bars, was born in Tel-Aviv on April 1, 1946. He graduated from Tel Aviv University Law School on March 2, 1972, and was accepted as a member of the Israel Bar on October 31, 1972.
At the beginning of 1974, he co-founded the Weinberg-Doron & Co. law firm in Tel Aviv, which was engaged in civil and commercial law practice.
Between 1985-1991, he headed the New York branch of Weinberg-Doron & Co. and practiced law in New York and Tel Aviv. In November 1987, he was admitted to the New York State Bar.
Mr. Doron was active in the Israel Bar Association. He is a former chairman of the legislative committees of the Israel Bar Association and the former deputy chairman of the publishing committee of the Israel Bar’s magazine. He also served as the vice chairman of the Israel Bar Association’s publishing company and as a member of the founding committee of the Israel Bar Association’s Institute for Advocate Training. Mr. Doron is presently a vice president and treasurer of the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists.
Mr. Doron’s law firm is practicing civil law as well as family law, including litigation.
