Castle Hill Publishers is an internet platform that produces and markets Holocaust denial literature to the public in Germany. IJL has been pursuing legal action regarding this platform’s activities in recent years across several relevant jurisdictions. In 2022 IJL filed proceedings against the relevant hosting companies, GoDaddy and Cloudflare, regarding their responsibility for the prohibited activity of the website and their duty to block access to it in Germany. The case is ongoing.
