MARCOS ARNOLDO GRABIVKER
VICE PRESIDENT (ARGENTINA)
Marcos Arnoldo Grabivker is an attorney at law and Notary Public, graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires in 1973 and 1974, respectively, where he also earned his Master degree in Labor Law and made all the courses to become a Doctor in Laws (Ph.D.)
He practiced as an attorney in the private sector for almost 15 years with his own law firm, and also providing legal services to enterprises, unions and health care companies as a director of legal areas.
On March 22, 1988, he was appointed Secretary of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Argentine Nation (a position equivalent to that of a federal judge of the first instance). And in that year -1988- he organized the first official encounter between a Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Argentine Nation (Enrique Petracchi) and the Executive Board of the Delegation of Argentine Israeli Associations (DAIA, the umbrella main institution of the Argentinean Jewish community) since the creation of the Highest Judicial Court of Argentina (1853).
On October 3, 1994, he was appointed Judge of the Federal Court of Appeals for Economic Crimes (including drug smuggling), currently serving in that position. He chaired the Court in five Sessions.
