Second, Israel should appoint a Special Envoy to combat antisemitism, so that it can become part of the community of nations that have themselves designated such Special Envoys, and thereby make appropriate recommendations. In conclusion, we must see it as our individual and collective responsibility to speak on behalf of those who cannot be heard, to bear witness on behalf of those who cannot testify, to act on behalf of those who are putting not only their livelihood but their lives on the line. This is what the pursuit of justice is all about. This is what “tzedek, tzedek tirdof” is all about.
